Jacob Ryan Enriquez, Ph.D.

Originally from California, Jacob completed his PhD in the laboratory of Jim Wells at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. His dissertation focused on the role of various diets altering the transcriptional responses of the intestinal epithelium. He is now a postdoc at the University of Chicago under the mentorship of Raghu Mirmira, where he studies T1D and targeted cell therapies. He is honored to be part of the T32 program and is looking forward to new collaborations.
